The fictional product below (“Acme Portal 4.2” by Acme, Inc.) has a deliberately tiny evidence set: one screen-reader / Braille manual attestation from a DeafBlind evaluator, and one automated WCAG AA contrast failure. Everything else has no backing evidence, so the compiler returns the honest “Not Evaluated — pending manual test” default — never a fabricated “Supports”. That is the whole point of the product, shown rather than claimed.

Signing stays a human gate

This is a working draft. A signed VPAT is a separate, deliberate step: counsel must approve the limitations language and the sole DeafBlind signer must apply a real Ed25519 countersignature against a specific evidence snapshot.
